📖 Introduction
🔹We are just starting out and have a lot to learn ourselves. The city was built with a lot of love and passion for the RP and the citizens that occupy it. If you come across anything that may be broken, bugged, or just doesn’t seem quite right, please feel free to let us know. We will take a look at it. Just know that depending on what it is, it may take us some time to fix the issue. Thank you for your understanding; y’all are amazing!
🔹Thank you for taking the time to check us out. Please make sure to read the No Return Rules. We are excited that you have decided to continue your roleplaying adventures with us. Like everywhere else you go, we have rules and expectations. Just know they are subject to change without notice, and the rules are more of a guideline to follow. If you have any questions, feel free to send in a ticket and ask, we will be happy to help.
🔞 Age Requirements.
🔹You and your character must be 18+ to join NO RETURN RP, as it is an 18+ server. At any time staff learns you are not of the appropriate age, you will be removed immediately from the city and Discord.
🔹We want everyone to have a great time in the city. Looking forward to seeing your character grow and the stories you bring along your journey.
👤Characters.
🔹You are allowed 1 of each character.
🔹 Criminal. You can only have one gang-affiliated character. (Crim)
🔹 Police Department (PD)
🔹 Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
🔹 Department of Justice: Lawyer, Judge etc. (DOJ)
🔹 Civilian. Business Owner, non-criminal soul (CIV)
🔹Lifers are characters that are only in prison. The rest of their RP will be done in the prison. If you would like to have a “Lifer” character, roleplay a scene out which would get you life in prison. Once you have a “Lifer” character, they can cause prison breaks, prison riots, or anything that has good prison roleplay scenes. This needs to be government approved, as the Governor needs to put it into the script itself.
⚠️Every character should look different. Remember, your characters don’t know each other, and never should.
WELCOME TO NO RETURN RP
📔Basic Rules.
Whitelist– A whitelist application must be completed in order to be allowed into the city. After you complete your application, please give us some time to review it. Please fully answer the questions, be truthful, and answer the questions in your own words.
Poaching– You could be banned if you poach people. This refers to unethical recruitment. It occurs when a server owner, developer, or gang leader solicits players, streamers, or staff members from an established server to join theirs.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment/Bullying– There is no tolerance for harassment of any kind, in character or out of character. This goes for Government and Staff as well.
This includes, but not limited to:
🔹Targeting individuals due to personal dislike
🔹Stalking, without RP intent
🔹Sexual harassment, in or out of character (permanent ban)
🔹Out-of-character messaging related to in-game drama
🔹Toxic behavior: i.e. magazine dumping on dead bodies, repeatedly running over incapacitated players, disrespectful emotes/photos of downed players, or kidnapping/toying with players without reason or RP behind it.
⚠️ Common Sense: If something feels unrealistic, immersion-breaking, or like you’re bending the rules you probably are. Staff may act on behavior that violates the spirit of these rules even if not explicitly listed.
Leaving the Server/Discord– If you leave the server or Discord and come back, whether it’s a day later or much longer, you must redo the whitelist application. Your characters will also lose everything they had when you leave. Whether you owned a business or were part of Emergency Services, you will lose those positions. You will have to restart everything, as it is technically a new life. It isn’t fair to others if you leave the server and randomly come back, instantly having all your items, cars, and business back. This includes items received through donations as well.
Streaming– We love our streamers here at No Return RP! If you stream your adventures in the city, we’d love to help support your channel.
Sign up for our Live Eyes program, and our Discord bot will automatically announce whenever you go live, helping more members of the community find your stream.
All we ask is that you:
🔹Follow all server and streaming rules.
🔹Represent No Return RP in a positive and respectful light.
🔹Keep your stream welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
We appreciate everyone who shares our community with others. Your streams help our city grow, showcase amazing roleplay, and bring in new faces. Thank you for being part of what makes No Return RP such a great place to call home!
📔Character creation
🔹ANIMAL PEDS
Animal peds are allowed in No Return RP, but they require government approval and have their own set of rules that must be followed.
Interested in playing as an animal? Here’s what to do:
- Open a support ticket in Discord.
- Tell us what kind of animal you would like to play.
- Explain what you plan to do with your character. For example:
- 🐕 K9 — Law enforcement or other approved service work.
- 🚒 Rescue Animal — Search and rescue or emergency response.
- 🛡️ Guard Animal — Security or protection.
- 🐾 Other Roles — Tell us your idea!
Please do not start using an animal ped before receiving approval. We love creative roleplay ideas, and we want to help you bring them to life while keeping things fair and enjoyable for everyone!
If we do not have the animal ped you wish to play, you must provide it.
🔹 CUSTOM CHARACTERS ONLY
Your character must be customized. Please don’t simply select a default ped and call it done. Change their appearance, clothing, hair, features, etc. so your character has their own unique look and identity.
Be creative. Be original. Make your character yours!
Character Name Guidelines
Please choose a character name that is respectful and appropriate for our community.
Do not use names that are:
- Derogatory, discriminatory, or intended to insult others
- Mocking or offensive toward people with disabilities or special needs
- Based on racial, ethnic, religious, or cultural slurs
- Sexually explicit or excessively vulgar
- Intended to harass, demean, or target another person or group
Names created specifically to make fun of or offend others are not permitted. Staff may require you to change a character name that violates these guidelines.
Clothing
Business & Gang Clothing
Business Uniforms
Please do not wear uniforms or employee-specific clothing belonging to a business unless you are actually employed there. Business uniforms are reserved for that business’s employees.
Gang Clothing
Gangs may have their own unique clothing, colors, logos, or other items that identify their members. Some gang clothing may clearly display the gang name, while other pieces may simply represent their colors or style.
You are free to wear any color you want, even if that color is associated with a gang. However, please avoid wearing gang-specific clothing, logos, or identifiable gang items if you are not a member.
⚠️ Be Aware!
If a gang sees you wearing clothing that they consider to be gang-specific, they may approach you and ask you to change. If you refuse, they may choose to handle the situation through in-city RP, which could include the use of force.
👥RolePlay (RP) Basics.
Storm– No criminal activity can be started 15 minutes before and you must wait 15 minutes after the storm to engage in criminal activity. This gives time for Leo, Ems, and all citizens of the city to get their vehicles parked or last minute business taken care of. This also gives everyone time to get set back up after a storm has passed.
Now if a scene is still going at the 15 minute mark, everyone in the scene may continue. If you wish to stop and continue the scene after the storm and all parties agree, you may do so but all parties need to return. Make sure if you start a scene before a storm, you are able to come back or make sure officers are able to come back so the scene can be completed.
Name Changes– you are able to change your name in the city at city hall for a fee. However, if you do criminal activity and have been running from the cops, you are required to wait 3 days before you can change your name. Please do not abuse this or it will be removed. After you submit your name change it needs to be approved by a judge so it may take sometime. If you submitted a name change and it has not been answered within a few days, please open a ticket to make sure it was received.
VDM (Vehicle Death Match)– It occurs when a player uses a vehicle (like a car, truck, or horse) to intentionally run over or kill another player without any valid story reason, prior interaction, or roleplay escalation.
RDM (Random Death Match)– It refers to the act of attacking or killing another player’s character without any valid in-game reason, prior interaction, or roleplay buildup.
⚠️ Note: Make sure there is a valid in-game story build-up to the RP before you go out and conduct violence on another.
Rulesplaining– Is explaining rule breaks or trying to correct other players on the rules while in the city. This is considered breaking character and is prohibited.
🔹If you witness someone breaking rules, finish your scene & open a ticket.
🔹Players are not to speak on behalf of staff: saying things like “you’re going to be flighted” “enjoy your trip to the Bahamas” etc is also rulesplaining and will result in a punishment.
Powering Gaming– Is the act of forcing outcomes or using mechanics unfairly to win. It essentially means trying to “direct” the story so your character is always the winner, giving other players zero opportunity to react, defend, or tell their own story.
F8/Combat Logging– Evading the consequences: Disconnecting (using the F8 menu) during an active scenario such as a gunfight, arrest, or crash, allows you to magically escape the consequences of your character’s action. This is a form of Power Gaming. Staff have the right to discipline anyone who is found to be using this as a way to evade consequences.
Meta-gaming– is using out-of-character (OOC) information that you, the player, knows, but your in-character (IC) persona does not. It breaks the immersive role-playing experience and is generally a bannable offense.
Stream Sniping– Watching a streamer’s broadcast to figure out where their character is or what they are planning.
Discord/External Chat– Using third-party apps like Discord to tell your friends where you are, who just robbed you, or to coordinate ambushes.
Reading Character Names/Voice Identifying– Using the floating in-game player IDs or names to identify a character you have never actually met in the game. Identifying a player wearing a mask by their voice.
⚠️Note: All above are forms of meta-gaming.
Character Bleed– is the psychological phenomenon where the emotions, feelings, or stress experienced by your in-game character “bleed” over into your real life, or vice versa. Please keep in-city to in-city, however; if you just need someone to talk to about IRL things, a shoulder to cry on, or an ear to just listen, feel free to reach out to staff in the discord. We are here for you!
Asset Transfering– Passing items, vehicles, and money from one of your characters to another in GTA RP.
Because transferring wealth between your own characters can easily break the economy or lead to meta-gaming, you are required to submit an official Asset Transfer Request through the ticket system. If approved, staff will do this for you. Staff has the right to deny this request, and if you are caught doing so without approval, you could be subject to disciplinary action.
Exploiting/Cheating– Refers to abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. This includes duplicating items/currency, bypassing server mechanics, or speed-glitching. It is strictly prohibited and can result in a permanent ban.
OOC- (Out of City)– Stands for Out of Character. It refers to anything said, done, or thought by you as a real person, rather than by the fictional character you are playing. Please stay in character while in-city.
Win and Lose– Everyone loves to win but don’t make it to where you have nothing but a win mentality. You need to have moments where you lose too and have a good laugh about it after. There are times where people lose and that is perfectly okay. Don’t always make it to where you win every time, especially if you are up against PD. Give them the win from time to time. This also includes the other side of the fence.
Perma Deaths– If you want to permanently get rid of a soul you can do a Perma Death. This needs to be brought into a ticket and given the reason for said character to have a perma death. EMS/Doctors will need to be told as well so that they can help with the perma death scene as to call time of death. No same day perma deaths, these take time to fully set up the scene, so please take your time and plan out a story, make it special to the character, and submit a ticket.
Restricted Areas– there are areas in the hospitals and other Law Enforcement buildings that are restricted to anyone who isn’t Emergency Service Personnel. These places are illegal to be in, and Emergency Services are allowed to use necessary force on anyone who illegally enters restricted areas of these buildings.
🧬New Life Rule.
No Value of Life (NVL)
You must reasonably fear for your life in life-threatening situations. Outnumbered or outgunned players must comply unless escape is logical and realistic. Antagonizing heavily armed whitelisted gangs or LEOs without cause is considered NVL.
Fear of Law Enforcement & Whitelisted Gangs
Certain groups are considered inherently dangerous, and your character must reflect that realistically.
🔹Criminals should fear police presence. When sirens or lights appear near an active criminal scene, realistic behavior includes wrapping up activity, collecting members, and working to exit the area.
🔹Civilians and non-criminal characters should demonstrate appropriate fear of whitelisted gangs and criminal organizations. Casually dismissing a known dangerous group with no reason to feel safe is not realistic RP.
Animal Peds
Players using animal peds are held to the same NVL standards as human characters. Being an animal does not exempt you from realistic fear responses or escalation rules. Animal peds are not allowed during general gameplay.
They may only be used during government-sanctioned events where animal peds have been specifically approved.
🐒 Manic Monkey is the exception.
New Life Rule (NLR) & Flatback Rule
If your character is downed and goes flat backed, your character does NOT remember any roleplay from the 30 minutes leading up to that moment. You may not act on, reference, or seek revenge for events your character no longer remembers. You may not return to the scene for 15 minutes but may be informed by another character who witnessed the events of what happened.
- Exception: If NREMS has stepped in and you go flat backed while actively receiving medical care or being transported to a medical facility, you retain your memory.
- If you respawn, you may not return to the area of your death for 15 minutes.
- LEOs are exempt when fewer than 3 officers are on duty but must still RP memory loss.
🧬City Zones.
Green Zones– Are designated safe areas where hostile actions like fighting, stealing, and killing are strictly prohibited. They are established to prevent griefing, protect new players, and allow for peaceful civilian interactions. Currently all hospitals, police stations, fire houses and the court house/city hall are green zones.
When a scene which starts outside a green zone but ends up in a green zone, it is allowed to continue but only with the original players of the scene involved. Finish your scene as quickly as possible while in the green zone. We would like to keep these zones as safe as possible. If you are a bystander in the green zone, please do not engage and disrupt their scene.
🛑Common Green Zone Rules.
🔹Damage Immunity: Players, and sometimes their vehicles, are typically granted immunity to damage, making it impossible to be killed.
🔹No Crime: You are not allowed to rob, assault, or kidnap other players within these boundaries. No gang tagging allowed
🔹No Retreating: You cannot flee into a Green Zone to escape an active chase, shootout, or ongoing roleplay scenario.
🔹Police Authority: Law enforcement officers are generally permitted to make arrests and conduct standard police duties inside these zones. The exception is if the chase has ended or enough time has passed, they can not arrest someone receiving medical treatment.
Yellow Zones– Most often refer to designated areas where specific roleplay rules apply, such as transitional boundaries for hostile actions.
Transitional / Caution Zones: Unlike Green Zones (where all violence or stealing is strictly banned), a yellow zone typically means it is a transitional, high-tension, or “unrestricted” area. Any heist area is considered a yellow zone.
Here you can kidnap or rough someone up. All PD buildings and apartment buildings are yellow zones. You must interact with the person for at least 60 seconds of Rp before trying to kidnap them or anything else, Rp is the key here, there, and everywhere. This ensures proper RP and having good interactions within the city.
Red Zones– Anywhere in the city that is not Green or Yellow zone is a Red zone where any crime is allowed as long as it follows RP and City Rules. This includes gang compounds and drop zones
🥷 Crime Basics .
Crime – Criminal activity, put some thought into it, come up with a good plan. The don’ts, chain rob, grab and go crimes, and rushing through criminal scenes to farm outcomes are not permitted.
Crime Life– Gangs/MCs are not allowed to run and hide in their compounds/clubhouses or business that they own/work at to evade or hide from law enforcement during a scene. This also goes for criminals who are not gang/mc affiliated as well.
Robbing Players – You may ONLY rob a player if you have had prior roleplay interaction with them or roleplay reason. Approaching a stranger or a downed, uninvolved player with no prior context is NOT allowed. The robbery itself must be a scene not a transaction. Only take what the scene is called for. If weapons and ammo were used against you, you can take it. You do not need to take everything, and do not rob the same person every time you have an interaction with them, this could be considered chain robbing. Food and Drinks are not allowed to be taken.
Loot Responsibly– When robbing a player, take only what is logical and necessary. Do not wipe inventories. Pocket wiping is considered toxic and a violation of fair play. A realistic criminal takes what they came for.
Dono Items Are Off-Limits– Dono items are purchased with real money and may not be taken from another player. If a dono item is unknowingly or mistakenly taken, do not break character. Finish the scene, then open a staff ticket to have the item reviewed and returned.
Civilian work locations– Recycling centers, fishing spots, etc. must not be criminally camped or used as robbery hunting grounds. Let people work.
Forced Bank Withdrawals/Stealing Bank Cards– Forcing players to take money out of their bank in order to rob them is not allowed. Stealing Bank cards is also against the rules. Cash is fair game to take.
Special Items– Any special order items that fly or any vehicle that goes underwater are not allowed to be used in crimes. Special order weapons must be registered with the Government.
⚠️When PD confiscates special order weapons, they will be held for a total of 3 days. This is just to give them a little cool down. This is why you must register it, so PD knows who exactly it belongs to and hopefully they do not give it back to the wrong person. Only the owner can claim the item.
Weapons License– You can obtain this through a PD officer. You must be able to produce or prove you have a weapons license if an officer learns you are carrying a legal weapon. A legal weapon is a certain type approved for civilian self-defence carry, which you must register through PD as well. Remember, your weapon must be registered with PD in order to count as legal when you are carrying it along with your weapons license. A weapon does not need to be registered but there are consequences, it’s up to you.
👮 Hostage Taking .
Police– When there are 4 PD officers on, one of them is allowed to be kidnapped and used as a hostage for a scene, but you have to outnumber the officer 4 to 1 and need to interact with them as well. Can’t say it enough, RP it out.
EMS– You are not allowed to harm EMS while they are on duty, but if there are more than 4 EMS on duty, one can possibly be used as a hostage, but must be treated as a normal civilian and not a remote health pack.
⚠️You cannot rob them for their medical supplies.
Civilians- When taking a civilian hostage please interact with them for at least 60 seconds before taking them as a hostage, give them some RP. How you RP out taking someone as hostage is up to you, be creative, just make sure to RP it out.
⚠️ Note: Friends or your gang/mc members are not allowed to be used as a hostage.
👮 Scenes Involving PD/EMS.
🔹Max number of 8 crims are allowed per scene. PD can match this plus 1. Criminals aren’t supposed to out number PD; outgun maybe but not out number.
🔹Only one vehicle or two, two seater motorcycles are allowed for a chase from the criminal side. You cannot pull a vehicle out from a garage to swap out during an active chase.
🔹Switching to another vehicle is permitted during a chase with PD, only if you have done some planning and stashed one out already. If you have a hostage you need to make negotiations for their release; please do not use them as a shield.
🔹Criminals have a 10-minute window. If you get away from PD, you must hide out for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then you can come back out, change outfits, and swap out vehicles from your garages. If you come out of hiding before the 10 minutes are over and PD sees you, they are within their rights to continue and pursue you further if they so choose too.
🔹Any jumps during a chase with PD are prohibited. If you make a jump that would rightfully destroy your vehicle and you continue to drive off, you can be subject to disciplinary action. Remember, we are all here to have fun, but things like this make the RP side unfair and unrealistic. Be mindful, creative, and fair. You crash hard, get out and run, there’s still a chance to escape.
🔹Cop Baiting- Intentionally provoking police officers into chasing, reacting, or initiating a shootout. This is prohibited.
Examples:
Reckless driving: Speeding, doing donuts, or revving loud engines directly in front of a police station.
Taunting: Shouting insults, honking, or performing gestures to get an officer’s attention.
Traffic violations: Purposefully running red lights or driving on the sidewalk in plain view of law enforcement.
🔹Corrupt cops- Corrupt official RP is permitted but must be pre-approved by staff and tied to an established character arc. Spontaneous corruption for personal in-game gain is not allowed. If you want to be a corrupt cop, please put in a ticket and let us know what your intentions are. Must have a full RP plan with an ending for your character. The only time corrupt cop RP is allowed is when you plan on becoming unemployed from PD.
🔹Police Departments- Just as mentioned before, if you go where you are not supposed to be (ex: breaking into the back parking lot area of a police department) officers have the right to do what they need to do as this is a criminal offence.
- Police Thefts
- Officers! Be aware that if you leave your Police Vehicles unlocked, they can be stolen. However, officers are allowed to use extreme force and measures to get the police vehicle back. Criminals, be aware, this is a felony crime. This can only be done when the vehicle was left unlocked. You cannot lockpick it to gain access.
- A Police vehicle cannot be stolen while police are on an active scene, in a chase, or have exited their police unit to pursue a suspect on foot. See one parked at a restaurant and the officer is inside grabbing some grub, officer at the casino spinning the wheel, fair game, IF it’s left unlocked.
- There is to be no stealing of Police Gear. If you are found to be in possession of any Police Issued Gear you will receive a 24 hour ban. If you find any gear please let a member of staff know through a ticket.
🥼EMS.
EMS are the embodiment of your character’s well-being. Please do not bring any harm to them while they are on duty; however, if there are more than 4 EMS on duty, one can be used as a hostage, but must be treated accordingly and not a remote health pack. You cannot rob them for any of their medical supplies. Killing EMS is not allowed UNLESS they enter a scene before it’s over and you have given them a fair warning.
🔹If people are injured while EMS are on duty, they must wait for EMS to arrive at their location. When an injured person is flat-backed for more than five minutes, and EMS has not arrived, you are allowed to see the light, or someone can take you to the hospital for treatment. Send EMS a courtesy /311 so they know you sought self-treatment. When no EMS is on duty, once the timer is up, feel free to seek treatment.
🔹When EMS has shown up, RP out the injuries. If someone caused your injuries, you are not required to tell EMS the details; just RP out the injuries. EMS are not there to get involved in what you were doing; they are simply trying to save your life.
⚠️EMS, please do not play detective and interfere or try to gain information for the police. This will only place your life in danger on the streets.
👮 PD/EMS Hiring.
To apply for a job in any of the Emergency Services, please open a ticket in the main discord in the Help Section, let us know what department you are applying for and PD or EMS/Fire Management will reach out to schedule an interview. Once your interview is complete, if you are hired, you will be added to the No Return Emergency Services Discord. From there, you will receive your radio call number and be placed into cadet status.
🏙️ City Issues.
🔹When you are in the city and you come across an issue, please do not hesitate to open a ticket. As it has been mentioned in the Introduction, we are new and are still learning, so we do miss things and are still setting a lot of things up. Please do not post about city issues in the General Chat; send in a ticket so the Staff/Devs see it, thank you. In City terms, “Put in a prayer”.
🔹When it involves an issue with another player who may have wronged you, please finish (RP) the scene out the best you can. Once the scene has fully ended, please open a ticket and our Discipline Staff will be with you as soon as possible. While you are waiting for discipline staff, please make sure you have the evidence to go along with it. Describe the scene with as much information pertaining to the issue as possible, who the person(s) are, and make sure you include video clips and photos so your case can be proven. Without video/photos evidence, it becomes extremely difficult to come to a conclusion. Decisions are based on what you can prove!
⚠️Note: When submitting player reports you must provide video evidence and be at least 1-2 minutes long minimum. Requesting compensation for lost items due to rule violations or bugs, evidence is required; otherwise, staff may be unable to assist.
🔹You are also able to use the ticket system for donation, general support, script bugs, or if you just need someone to vent.
⚠️Staff are not available for personal favors and cannot be approached for ticket status updates in the game (You may receive a warning). Staff are players too and enjoy roleplaying as much as you do!
🔹Staff have the final say on punishment to be given. If staff feels a 3 day ban is the right choice, then a 3 day ban it is. Staff will be fair and will punish according to the nature of the outcome.
💎 Special/Dono Items
Donation Item Protection Policy
🔹Any donation (Dono) items, including but not limited to weapons, weapon skins, weapon-related items, clothing bags, jetpacks, and any other Dono items, may not be stolen under any circumstances.
⚠️If you are unsure whether an item is a Dono item, do not take it. When in doubt, leave it alone.
⚠️If it is determined that you have taken a Dono item, you are required to return it to its rightful owner at the earliest possible opportunity. Failure to do so may result in administrative action.
🔹Dono vehicles may not be sold, traded, exchanged, or swapped for any other vehicle. Dono vehicles may not be transferred between your characters. The only exception is a verified perma-death. Dono vehicles may not be sold back or converted into cash, credit, or other items. All Dono vehicles/items purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. Any attempt to bypass these rules through in-city or out-of-city agreements is prohibited.
🔹The sale of vehicles received for donations is strictly prohibited. Do not sell any items received from donating to the NO RETURN RP city for game funds or irl funds. Do not trade, or give to any other player for any reason. These vehicles are tied to the individual who purchased the items and must remain in their possession. No player may transfer ownership of a car received through in-city sales, trades, or out-of-city agreements.
🔫 Gangs/MCs in City
🔹Looking to start up your own crew in the city, open a ticket to inquire on how to do so. Gang management will be with you as soon as they can. There is a fee for the set up process. Gang Staff will be able to walk you through all the steps and what’s included. Please submit a background story, ranks and roles, the location you are looking to reside in, color, and the logo and name of your Gang or MC.
🔹As a Gang or MC, you must wear something that has your color on it like a flag, clothing with your branding, or your MC’s Kutte.
🔹Each gang/MC can have UP to 15 active members in their gang. Coming in with members, please have the new members post in role-requests, make sure they include the gang name, so they can be added to the discord roster for your crew. We will need to know each time you bring someone into your gang/MC or when they leave so gang staff are able to keep track. This can be done through the main Discord gang/MC chats.
🔹If you have a roster please link it in your gang discord. If you don’t have a roster, please keep an updated member list in your discord.
🔹Gang hopping is not allowed. You must wait 14 days before joining another gang or MC. You can use the hangaround method to wait this out but you are not allowed to commit any crime with the gang or MC you are simply hanging around with them during this time. Use this time to get to know each other better, you may decide it’s not for you.
🔹 Poaching from other gangs is prohibited. If someone in another gangs wants to join yours, they need to follow the rules. The current gang needs to decide if they will be bled out or allowed to retire. It is entirely up to the gang leaders. Then they must wait the 14 days. If they are bled out they do not remember anything from their previous gang life. Nothing learned in the old gang is to be brought into the new gang.
Leaving a Gang
If you decide to leave a gang, you must notify the Gang Leader. It is up to the Gang Leader to determine how your character will be removed from the gang as part of the roleplay.
Depending on the circumstances, your character may:
🔹Be permitted to retire from the gang peacefully.
🔹Be required to “bleed out” or otherwise be removed through roleplay.
If your departure results in memory loss, your character will no longer remember being a member of the gang. This means, in character (IC), you will:
🔹Not recognize or know any current or former gang members.
🔹Not share, reveal, or use any information you learned while you were a member of the gang.
🔹Not use any gang-related knowledge for future roleplay.
⚠️Players are expected to respect the outcome of the roleplay and follow any memory wipe requirements determined by the Gang Leader and server staff.
If the gang you are in is no longer active or there are other reasons you would like to leave, please open a ticket and our Gang Staff will be happy to help you
🔫 Businesses
🔹Interested in a business, got your eye on that empty mech shop or restaurant! Please post in Available Businesses or open a “Support Ticket” and the Business Staff will be with you as soon as possible. All in-city mech shops and restaurants are paid for using in-city game currency.
🔹You must be active in city a minimum of two weeks before you can apply for an already established business, a month if you want to open any other business (IE Taxi or delivery service)
🔹You can pay for the business with in-game currency in full or you can arrange a payment plan, it’s up to you. You need to be active with-in the city in order to keep the business. If you are absent for a period of time, you could lose the business and may not be able to own another for sometime. If you lose the business through any means, your in-game currency is not refundable.
🔹When you are approved for a business, you will be added to the acquired business’ discord in order to better coordinate with your employees. Business channels are for business related chat only.
⚠️We do not allow Co-Owners simply because staff are the only ones who can remove them. So if you have an issue with a person you placed in charge, as an owner, you will not be able to fire him/her from the owner role, it takes staff powers to do so. This is why we do not allow it. You can have a co-owner on paper, just don’t set them as that in the boss computer
